Coco Flash Gel Polish – PRO TIP for stylists

The cat eye effect looks best in thin, evenly applied layers. Avoid pressing the brush against the nail surface during application – this will help the polish retain its semi-transparent lightness, level out beautifully, and the silver shimmer will create a subtle, luminous effect that emphasizes the depth of the design.

Application tips 

Step 1: Hygiene and preparation

Before beginning the styling process, thoroughly wash and disinfect your hands and those of your client. Put on protective gloves and check the condition of the skin and nail plate to rule out any contraindications to the treatment.

Step 2: Preparing the cuticles

Push back the cuticles with a pusher or wooden stick, and then shape them with a suitable cutter, e.g. No. 9.

Step 3: Matting the tile

Gently buff the nail surface with a 100/180 grit buffer to prepare it for product application.

Step 4: Removing the dust

Dust the plate thoroughly with a soft brush to remove all matting residue.

Step 5: Cleaning and degreasing

Wipe your nails with a lint-free cotton pad soaked in Cleaner No. 1 to remove moisture and other impurities.

Step 6: Increasing Grip

Apply the appropriate primer to the prepared nail plate – Acid Free Primer or Acid Primer – matching the preparation to the nail type.

Step 7: Base coat

Apply a thin layer of your chosen base and cure it for 30 seconds in the MultiLed lamp.

Step 8: Aligning the tile

If necessary, build up the nail with a second coat of base coat. To achieve the correct structure, you can smooth the product with the Master Nail Art 007 brush or gently turn the client's hand, using gravity to form the upper arch. Then, cure the base coat again. For a thicker coat, increase the cure time to 60 seconds.

Step 9: First layer of color

Apply a thin layer of Coco Flash Gel Polish. While applying, glide the brush gently over the nail surface, without pressing hard. Cure the product for 30 seconds in a MultiLed lamp.

Step 10: Second coat of color

Repeat the application with a second thin coat. If necessary, touch up the cuticle area and side ridges with a thin Master Nail Art brush 004 or 006, then cure again for 30 seconds.

Step 11: Finishing the look

Apply a top coat, e.g. Wet Look, to the finished styling and cure it for 30-60 seconds in a MultiLed lamp.

Step 12: Cooling the top

After removing your hand from the lamp, wait about a minute for the top to cool down and achieve its full shine and durability.
